چکیده
There is an urgent and continuous need to discover new sources of medicinal plants obtain useful compounds with health properties. So the purpose this study was investigate activity Olea europaea L Juglans regia leaves extract on Hela cell line viability, antidiabetic Antiglycation. The aqueous extracts were obtained from leaves. Alloxan 180 mg /kg body used induce diabetes. Mice blood glucose level ≥200 mg/dl considered as diabetic received 10 mg/kg weight Extracts. For Antiglycation, SDS-PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulphate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) prepared for appearance high molecular products. cultured in RPMI-1640 medium MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay analysis. results showed that mean levels decreasing mice treated mg/Kg O. J. regia. Also better than inhibition glycation induced protein cross-linking at all studied concentrations. Cytotoxicity increased increasing doses cytotoxic effects J.regia higher O.europaea This promising results.

Phytochemical properties and anti-proliferative activity of Olea europaea L. leaf extracts against pancreatic cancer cells.
Olea europaea L. leaves are an agricultural waste product with a high concentration of phenolic compounds; especially oleuropein. Oleuropein has been shown to exhibit anti-proliferative activity against a number of cancer types. However, they have not been tested against pancreatic cancer, the fifth leading cause of cancer related death in Western countries. Therefore, water, 50% ethanol and 50...

Evaluation of the phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity of Cedrela odorata L. and Juglans regia L. bark extracts was performed in vitro. Juglans regia showed greater extract concentration and higher antioxidant activity. Hypoglycemic activity in rats was assessed by generating a glucose tolerance curve and determining the area under the curve (AUC). Diabetes was later induced by an inject...

Anti-diabetic effect of Murraya koenigii (L) and Olea europaea (L) leaf extracts on streptozotocin induced diabetic rats.
Phytotherapy has a promising future in the management of diabetes, considered to be less toxic and free from side effects as compared to the use of synthetic drugs. The aim of the present study was to assess the antidiabetic possible of orally administered aqueous extracts of Murraya koenigii (ML) and Olea europaea (OL) leaves (100 and 200 mg/kg doses), in streptozotocin (70 mg/kg) induced diab...
